Description

You will be part of the team and will report to the Office Manager to set the agenda for all things relating to office management, facilities, and customer service. You will be an integral part of the team and will develop relationships with all employees as you actively contribute to the office environment.

Vacancy description

  • Updating prices
  • Updating new products using workbooks
  • SEO, links, and directories
  • Database cleaning (checking names and addresses)
  • Looking into training courses and network events
  • Preparing quotes and prices
  • Sorting, stamping, sending out daily post, and going to post office
  • Filling photocopiers, photocopying, filing
  • Organising the stock cupboards
  • Constant awareness of office health & safety
  • Generally, help to promote BXM

Desired skills

  • Computer literate with basic use of Microsoft packages (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Excellent phone manner and able to take detailed messages for staff
  • Customer service
  • Fluent English – written and spoken
  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent

  • Get up and go/motivation to be standing for a majority of the day, with occasional heavy lifting
