Our website is built on WordPress which is a third party service.  WordPress is run by Automattic Inc. httpss://automattic.com.   We use a standard WordPress application to deliver our website and to look at activity on our site.

Our Blog

Our Blog is published in WordPress and delivered to you via an email notification.  When you sign up to our Blog News your name and email are stored in MailChimp.  Information about MailChimp Privacy Policy can be found here httpss://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy.  The email is only stored for the purpose to let you know when a new Blog has been posted.  You can unsubscribe at any time and your details will immediately be removed from the Blog News MailChimp lists.

Emailing and Submitting Forms Online

If you complete an online form through our website your data is stored on the website in the database.  This database is accessible via the CMS (content management system) of the website.  This information is stored forever.  This data can be removed if a user requests removal at any time.

The information submitted via our online Application forms, Ask Us a Question forms and Email will only be used for the purposes of progressing and supporting your application or enquiry.
